DesmondJi is a spirit brand founded by Desmond Nazareth who operates the alco-bev company, Agave India. The brand prides itself on sourcing its raw materials from India, including agave that is grown in the Deccan Plateau. DesmondJi or DJ is famous for its prized margarita, blue curacao and most recently, mahua liqueur that is made from hand-picked mahua flowers. (Sold in Goa and Karnataka only!)
